Job Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN. Support students with their learning, communication, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive classroom activities. Implement individual learning plans, EHCP targets and support strategies. Support students with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies. Monitor and record student progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
