As an EHCP Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs and EHCP outcomes. Help students develop confidence, independence and active participation in learning. Support students with their communication, social skills, emotional regulation and wellbeing. Assist students in accessing the curriculum and overcoming barriers to learning.
