We are currently seeking dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join a warm, welcoming and busy private nursery in the centre of Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children's development in a nurturing and engaging environment; you will be working through an agency on a temporary basis, totally flexible to when you are available to work.

Your role as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner is to deliver the highest quality of care and education to each and every child. You will be supporting children's learning through delivering fun and engaging activities that spark curiosity and imagination in each and every child. Your role in helping to build a warm, safe and welcoming environment is vital – this is done through building honest and trusting relationships between staff, pupils and most importantly children.

As a Nursery Practitioner we expect you to be passionate about education and caring for children, experienced in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in an early years setting. Our Nursery Practitioners must have:

  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare, such as the Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents
  • A warm, approachable personality
  • A genuine passion for pursuing a career in childcare, supporting children during the crucial early stages of development
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS – being on the update service is desired

Pay: £14.24 – £15 an hour, holiday pay is included in the day rate.
