Nursery Practitioners sought for multiple roles in the Calder Valley!

Are you a Nursery Practitioner with experience of working with Early Years children? If you are an Early Years Practitioner with experience of being a Nursery Nurse for children in Nursery and Reception or Teaching Assistant in Early Years at a school then this is the role for you!

From May, we have Nurseries who need a Nursery Practitioner to work in their Private Day Nursery.

Duties will include:

* Supporting with learning through play
* Supervision as well observations of key children
* Padiactric First Aid – already trained or willing to do a First Aid course
* Personal care
* Supporting children who may struggle to access provision

Successful applicants will have:

– a CACHE level 3 qualification in Early Years/ Childcare or equivalent

– experience of working in a Private or School Nursery setting

– passion and enthusiasm

As a Nursery Practitioner you will show strong pastoral and emotional support for your pupils, as well as being vigilant to their cues and needs which will mean able to think on the spot and being flexible with your time. Some pupils will require some personal care and first aid.
