We are seeking experienced Nursery Assistants / Nursery Nurses to join our bank staff team, supporting a range of nursery settings across Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for practitioners looking to build experience across multiple early years environments while maintaining flexible working arrangements.
With new contracts secured with two large nationwide nursery chains and increasing demand across Aylesbury, Wendover, Haddenham, Amersham, and Beaconsfield, we are now seeking passionate and qualified Early Years professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting learning and development in early years settings
- Assisting with daily care routines
- Promoting a safe and nurturing environment
- Working flexibly across different nurseries
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery or childcare experience
- Adaptable, professional, and reliable
- Availability between 7:00am - 6:00pm
