The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
  • Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
