The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
- Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
