Academics is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide essential classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a fantastic role for those eager to take on more responsibility in a flexible, rewarding education environment and this also helps you gain relevant teaching experience before obtaining your QTS qualification.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HLTA Qualification (Level 4) or a BA Hons Degree in an education-related subject.
  • A solid understanding of the primary curriculum, with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
  • Experience supporting teachers and leading lessons confidently.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude to classroom challenges.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply) and two recent references from an education setting.
