The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Create and implement personalised learning strategies and interventions.
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices.
