As HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things people-related - keeping HR processes ticking along like clockwork. From recruitment to records, you'll ensure everything is in shipshape order.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including safer recruitment compliance
- Maintain and update HR records and systems
- Support staff onboarding, contracts, and employment documentation
- Provide administrative support on HR matters including absence monitoring and staff wellbeing
- Ensure adherence to school policies and relevant employment legislation
- Proven HR experience (essential)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
32 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term-time plus additional weeks). Salary: £19,474 per annum.
