Role as a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant Providing classroom support within Welsh-medium primary schools. Assisting teachers with lesson activities and helping pupils stay engaged. Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning. Supporting pupils' confidence, communication and social development. Helping create a welcoming and inclusive Welsh-language learning environment. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different schools. Who We're Looking For Fluent Welsh speakers who are confident using Welsh throughout the school day. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school is essential. Experience supporting primary-aged children. Someone enthusiastic, dependable and comfortable adapting to different classrooms. A supportive and encouraging approach to children's learning.
