A supportive and inclusive SEN School in Newbury is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will support pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, helping them regulate their emotions, engage positively with learning and overcome barriers within the classroom. You will work with students who may have a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties and behavioural needs. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop positive relationships, emotional regulation skills and greater confidence in their education. You will work alongside experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants and pastoral staff who are committed to providing a safe, consistent and structured environment for every pupil.
