  • To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in English or a closely related subject.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Patience, empathy and a proactive, positive approach.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
  • The ability to commute to Newbury.
