- To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in English or a closely related subject.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and effectively.
- Patience, empathy and a proactive, positive approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
- The ability to commute to Newbury.
