Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary Schools in Neston

Location: Neston, Cheshire

Role Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary & Long-Term

Salary: £90 - £100 per day, dependent on experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored learning support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who require additional support
  • Support children with SEN, SEMH, or EHCPs where required
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
  • Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or care setting
  • Experience supporting SEN or additional needs is desirable but not essential
