As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will support children aged 5 to 16 who face various social, emotional, mental health and behavioural challenges. You will serve as a positive role model for all pupils, supporting the development of social skills, emotional regulation and encouraging healthy interactions with peers. You will help achieve this with a patient and empathetic approach.
