We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils' learning and development within the classroom. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across a range of year groups.
  • Working with individual pupils and small groups.
  • Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and preparation.
  • Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and progress.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Has a positive, flexible and professional approach to work.
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
  • Can provide professional references.
  • Is reliable, enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Can travel to Stafford / Stone / Rugeley and surrounding areas.
