Academics is recruiting for 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with significant behavioural, emotional and social needs in Malvern from November 2026 on a temporary long-term basis.
Successful candidates will work alongside class teachers and SLT to enable pupils to access learning, develop social skills and achieve positive outcomes both behaviourally and academically. The role requires patience, resilience and a proactive approach to behaviour support.
