The Role
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Create a safe, motivating and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
- Use a range of strategies and interventions to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Track progress and maintain high standards of safeguarding, assessment, and reporting
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
