SENCo to lead and develop its SEND provision.

You\'ll play a key role in shaping SEND strategy, supporting staff, delivering targeted interventions, and ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.
The Role
- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school.
- Work closely with senior leaders to drive an inclusive approach.
- Support teachers and coordinate effective interventions.
- Deliver small-group intervention sessions and occasional cover teaching.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.
- Required qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- NASENCo qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience leading SEND provision, ideally within a primary setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.
- A passionate leader committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
