- Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with varied shift patterns

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
- Support, motivate, and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the room
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitor children’s learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or above)
- Have previous experience working as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step up
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Have experience leading, supporting, or mentoring colleagues within a nursery environment
