Here at Academics London, we are ready to take our SEN Team to the next level. In line with our growth strategy, we are ready to appoint a Team Leader to join our already successful crew and support and lead the SEN team.

This role would suit an experienced SEN Consultant who has a good working knowledge of the SEN Education Recruitment Sector. You could be an existing Team Leader or a Recruitment Consultant who has the drive and determination to support team members to do their best work.

You will be working alongside an experienced Manager to hit your team's targets, while ensuring our candidates and SEN schools receive the best possible customer service.

The role will include:

  • Training and Development
  • General Day to Day Team Management
  • Internal Recruitment
  • Running your own SEN desk
