Here at Academics London, we are ready to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Secondary team. Applications would be most welcome from consultants from all sectors, as full training will be given to work on one of our existing warm Secondary desks. Minimum of one year experience required in any recruitment sector.

You will need to be driven and determined to work with our Secondary school clients, always ready to find the best possible Teachers and education staff to help them fill their roles. You will have the opportunity to provide candidates on a temporary and permanent basis, so you will need a keen eye for detail and be able to think on your feet, to find solutions and fill jobs in a fast-paced environment.

As a consultant at Academics, you will have access to our fantastic compliance and resourcing team to help you find and clear your candidates ready for work. You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to account manage our current clients and win new client schools.

In return for your hard work, we offer our market leading commission structure, excellent salary packages with generous holiday allowances. You will take part in regular training both online, 121 and classroom training to make sure you have the tools in your recruitment toolkit to be successful in your recruitment career and reach your goals.
