The Academics Rochester team is working in partnership with a wide network of welcoming and supportive primary schools across South East London and Kent. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, committed Primary Teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to support both day-to-day and longer-term classroom needs. Whether you are looking for flexible daily supply, short-term cover, long-term placements, or a permanent teaching position, we can match you with roles that suit your experience, availability, and career ambitions. About the Role

  • Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating a warm, inclusive and positive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Adapting learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities
  • Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress
  • Working collaboratively with support staff, leadership teams and fellow teachers
  • Contributing to the wider school community, ethos and enrichment opportunities

In longer-term or contracted roles, you may also be involved in planning, assessment cycles, parents' evenings, and curriculum development.
