Responsibilities

The SENCO will lead and manage all aspects of inclusion, ensuring effective support and interventions for students with additional educational needs. Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified with the national SENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it ASAP)
  • Experience working with primary school SEN children
  • Holding QTS and preferably the NASENCo award
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to raising standards for all students
