About the SENCO Role: As the Primary School SENCO at this school in Havering, London, you will be responsible for coordinating SEN provision across the school, working closely with teaching staff, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure all pupils with special educational needs achieve their full potential. You will also play a key role in developing inclusive practices and leading SEN strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy
- Lead on the identification, assessment, and provision for pupils with SEN

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
