- Salary: £38,870 – £50,474 per annum (FTE) + TLR 2B
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the teaching and learning of mathematics across KS1 and KS2 as the Primary Maths Leader
- Deliver high-quality classroom teaching alongside leadership responsibilities
- Support colleagues with planning, assessment and subject knowledge development
- Monitor pupil progress in maths and contribute to whole‑school improvement
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to embed a consistent and ambitious maths curriculum
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- A strong understanding of effective maths pedagogy
- Ready to take on or further develop a leadership responsibility as Primary Maths Leader
