We are seeking a friendly and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning needs across a range of key stages. This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions across the school and providing class cover to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers, subject leads and support staff to ensure appropriate differentiation and effective learning strategies are in place for all students.
