A well-established secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a creative and dynamic Head of Art & Technology to lead a successful and expanding department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or current middle leader with a passion for creative subjects and the ability to inspire both students and staff within a high-expectations learning environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the Art & Technology department across KS3 and KS4
- Drive high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development
- Teach Art, Design & Technology or a related specialism to a high standard
- Support and develop staff within the department
- Promote creativity, innovation and student engagement across the curriculum
- Monitor student progress and raise achievement across all key stages
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, organisation and classroom practice
