Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one‐to‐one and small group interventions for students aged 11‐16 with complex behavioural, social and emotional mental health needs.
  • Implement restorative practices, pragmatism and positive reinforcement to support students with early childhood trauma, eating disorders, school refusal and at‐risk criminal offending.
  • Collaborate with specialist staff, including counsellors, therapists, pastoral support workers and social workers to shadow and refine therapeutic approaches.
  • Support the development of students' attainment and seamless transition to education after leaving the school.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Criminology or a closely related subject (e.g., Youth Work, Social Work).
  • Strong passion for restorative practice and working with at‐risk groups.
  • Empathy, excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
