Are you a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? A supportive specialist school in Earley is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who may display challenging behaviour and require additional emotional and behavioural support.
In this role, the Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them manage behaviour, build confidence, and engage positively with their education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
