We are looking for a kind, enthusiastic and committed Autism Support Assistant to join our specialist school in Maidenhead.

What will you be doing?

As an Autism Support Assistant, you'll work closely with our teaching team to provide personalised support to students throughout the school day.

Your day could include: Supporting students on a 1:1 or small-group basis.

Delivering targeted interventions designed around individual needs.

Supporting communication, social interaction, emotional regulation and independence.

Helping students access lessons and take part in school life.

Encouraging students to develop new skills and become as independent as possible.

Recording and celebrating progress, however big or small.
