ASD Teaching Assistant , you will: Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with ASD and SEN. Support students with communication, emotional regulation, confidence, independence, and engagement in learning. Help create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support individual learning and development. Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.
