We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive primary school in Ellesmere Port seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. The Role
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
- Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.

- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and academic progress.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
- Provide additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- Is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Is patient, adaptable and committed to helping every child succeed.
- Has experience supporting children with SEN (desirable).
