About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will:

* Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support for children, including those with additional needs
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued
* Engage in play-based learning activities and contribute to planning and assessment
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
