Here at Academics, we are looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join a popular school in Luton. The school offers an interesting and relevant curriculum which aims to support students in the development of their independence and success beyond school.

You will be working with a great team of staff who are all motivated to support students in all areas of their learning.

The ideal candidate will:

• Thrive in a challenging but rewarding environment
• Have a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
• Support students during practical activities and excursions.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student progress.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Be able to commute to Luton in a timely fashion.
