Academics are currently recruiting a reliable, honest, and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to support our partner primary schools in Keighley and the surrounding area. This role is ideal for a teaching assistant with experience supporting children with special educational needs who is confident working in a variety of primary school settings and understands the demands of SEN support.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs
- Be confident assisting with pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom routines
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a calm, engaging approach
- Be honest, dependable, and reliable in all professional responsibilities
- Be flexible and professional for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements
- Adapt quickly to different school settings within the Keighley area
