Female PE teacher in Leeds

Overview

Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and capable female PE teacher for a highly reputable school in the West Leeds Area. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of an evolving team who are looking for someone to share their knowledge and enhance student\’s physical abilities. This PE teacher role will be starting in January 2026 and will run until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities

• Have previous experience teaching PE across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Demonstrating a clear understanding of the curriculum.
• Inspire the next generation by displaying a passion for sports and fitness.
• Supporting and encouraging children of all physical abilities.
• Organising and planning proactive and engaging lessons.
• Collaborating with other members of the team and sharing ideas.

Qualifications

• Must have valid right to work in the UK
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A relevant qualification related to PE
• Strong Behaviour Management Skills
