About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant in Rotherham, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will help children access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities

Candidate Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
