The Role
A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a secondary school in Upminster. Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing. Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom. Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.
