Academics are currently seeking qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s) for various day-to-day and short/long term supply positions. The roles involve working in primary and SEN schools across Caerphilly . We take pride in collaborating with a range of schools each with unique requirements that you might possess Our opportunities provide tremendous flexibility, enabling our staff to choose the days they prefer to work. Additionally, these roles hold the potential to transition into long-term and/or permanent contracts within some of our partnering schools. Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant include: Providing learning support for learner(s) in a classroom environment or in 1:1 situations. Running specific activities to assist the learner’s individual learning and social needs. Working as part of the team to ensure that the well-being and personal development of the learner enhances their learning opportunities and life skills.
