Classroom Support Responsibilities
- Support pupils in KS1 with everyday classroom learning activities and structured tasks
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver small group sessions and targeted interventions
- Help maintain pupil focus, engagement, and positive behaviour throughout the school day
- Provide flexible general classroom support as required
- Work Monday to Friday, with a start date expected from September 2026 or earlier, depending on availability
Candidate Requirements
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school environment
- A solid understanding of primary education, particularly Key Stage 1
