KS1 Phase Leader Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the KS1 phase, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all subjects.
  • Develop and implement the curriculum for KS1, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development to a team of KS1 teachers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
