Academics Hull are looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Candidate Resourcer to join our growing team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working towards goals and making a real difference to schools and education professionals across Hull and the East Riding. As a Candidate Resourcer, you'll play a key role in making those connections happen, helping us find the right people, build a strong candidate network and support the delivery of an excellent recruitment service. What will you be doing? Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, social media and referrals. Making outbound calls to engage teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals. Building relationships with candidates, understanding their experience, availability and career ambitions. Conducting initial screening conversations and identifying suitable candidates for school opportunities. Maintaining accurate candidate records and keeping our recruitment database up to date. Supporting the recruitment team with registration, compliance and candidate management. Who are we looking for? You don't necessarily need recruitment experience. We're interested in people with the right attitude, communication skills and desire to succeed. You could be a great fit if you: Are confident speaking to people over the phone and building rapport quickly. Have a proactive approach to your daily tasks Are organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities. Are motivated by targets, personal development and achieving results. Enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your own workload.
