Pastoral Leader Academics, Canterbury are delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent boarding school to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Leader. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day life of a boarding house, supporting the welfare, wellbeing and personal development of students.
Working closely with the Housemaster/Mistress, you will help ensure a safe, supportive and well-organised environment where students can thrive both academically and personally. The role involves supervising students, supporting behaviour and wellbeing, assisting with routines and contributing to the smooth running of the house. You will build positive relationships with students, providing guidance, care and encouragement in a structured boarding setting.
The ideal candidate will have:
