Academics are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join friendly, supportive, and well-established nursery teams within welcoming early years settings across East Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children aged birth to five who thrives in a nurturing and busy nursery environment and enjoys making a real difference each day as a Nursery Nurse across Kent.
The Role
- Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Observe, plan, and assess children's development using Development Matters (2023)
- Support key worker responsibilities and contribute to learning journeys
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within supportive nursery settings across Kent
About You
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Be confident completing observations, planning activities, and supporting next steps in learning
- Be proactive, caring, and a strong team player
