We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated HLTA to join our friendly and supportive team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA to work across the primary age range, supporting pupils from Reception through to Year 5.
The successful HLTA will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver high-quality learning experiences, provide targeted interventions, and lead whole-class teaching when required.
The successful HLTA will:
- Hold HLTA status or possess equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Have experience of working effectively within a primary school setting.
- Be confident supporting teaching and learning across Reception to Year 5.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and wellbeing.
- Be flexible, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a commitment to inclusion and supporting all learners to achieve their potential.
