About the Role
As the Interim SENCo, you will lead and coordinate the school\’s provision for children with Special Educational Needs, ensuring effective implementation of the school\’s SEN policy. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure every child receives the right support to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in supporting pupils with SEN
- Confident in applying the SEN Code of Practice
- Organised, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with staff and families
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school community
