Full-time, Monday to FridayThe Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced primary teachers and support pupils across the classroom, helping them engage with their learning and develop confidence and independence.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of primary education while developing your understanding of classroom practice.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1, small-group and whole-class basis
Working alongside class teachers to support daily learning
Helping pupils who require additional support with their learning
Supporting interventions and targeted activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Helping prepare classroom resources and learning materials
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Providing encouragement and helping children develop confidence and independenceWho Would Suit This Role?
