Location: Primary School Redbridge, London Start Date: October or November 2026 Contract: Full Time, Long Term Duration: Until at least July 2027 Salary: £92-£120 per day Hours: Monday To Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to children with additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their communication and social skills, and build confidence within the classroom. As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to children with additional needs. Support pupils with their learning, communication, social and emotional development. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support strategies. Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Support children with their daily routines and development within the EYFS setting. Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour. Build strong and supportive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers where appropriate.
