Academics is recruiting a KS1 Complex Needs LSA for a long-term role in Brentwood. The position runs ASAP through at least July 2027, supporting a KS1 pupil with complex needs. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help with communication and independence, and follow individualised plans under the guidance of the SENCO.
The role requires empathy, patience and the ability to remain calm when faced with dysregulation, with a daily rate of 93–110 GBP depending on experience.
